OUR STORY
GroundUp Property Services was founded by John and Matteo, two friends who have always shared a passion for building, creating, and turning ideas into something people can actually see and enjoy. What started with taking on smaller projects and working with our hands grew into something we wanted to build for ourselves.
We started GroundUp with a simple goal: do quality work, treat people right, and keep great property improvements affordable. Whether we’re transforming a backyard, cleaning up a property, building a new outdoor space, or lighting up a home for Christmas, there’s nothing better than stepping back at the end of a job and seeing how happy someone is with what we created.
We’re still building our company the same way we build our projects: from the ground up. Every customer, every job, and every finished project means something to us, and we want our work to be something both we and the homeowner are proud of.
